(pronounced vee-TROH).
I spent nearly four years at User Interviews as their founding recruiter, eventually becoming Director of Talent Acquisition. I built the talent function from the ground up, hired 100+ people across every department and led the recruiting team through the company's acquisition.

The Story Behind the Name
Vitraux is the French word for stained glass windows.
I grew up watching my father build stained glass windows by hand, each piece different, carefully chosen and placed with intention. No two pieces of glass the same, but when put together creating something truly special. That's exactly how I think about hiring. When the right hire and company come together, something remarkable happens.
